What is FlexAuto?

FlexAuto is a Greek vehicle leasing company. It offers a new way to acquire and use a vehicle, combining all the benefits of traditional leasing while providing maximum flexibility in lease duration. Plus, you have the option to purchase your FlexAuto anytime. With FlexAuto, you get the vehicle you want, for as long as you want. 

What is the advantage of FlexAuto compared to traditional leasing?

With FlexAuto, there is only a small, condionally refundable deposit and zero guarantee required. We offer comlete flexibility in the duration of your lease. You can choose the vehicle you want, have it delivered in about 10 business days and keep it for as long as you need. 

You simply pay a fixed montly fee, with no penalties, no commitments and no hidden fees for as long as you use your FlexAuto. Also, you always have the option to purchase the vehicle you’re driving. 

How do I express interest in a vehicle?

At FlexAuto, we offer a personalized experience. Fill out our contact form with your information, and we'll get in touch with you within 24 hours.

We will contact you to select the car you want, then you will be able to complete your lease application with: ID, proof of income and address, CSF, and driver's license. Our legal department will verify your documentation, and once your application is approved, you can transfer your FlexDeposit to schedule your car delivery.

Your car or motorcycle will be ready for delivery to the dealership. Upon delivery, you'll need to pay your first monthly payment.

Can I return the vehicle whenever I want?

Absolutely. You can return it anytime, as long as you notify us at least 20 days before your intended return date.

What happens if I don't pay my monthly payment?

If you don't pay your monthly payment by your payment due date, you will receive a reminder via email and WhatsApp. If you don't make payment within a maximum of 5 (FIVE) days of receiving the reminder, you must stop using the vehicle and return it. Administrative and collection fees will be charged for late payment.

Otherwise, FlexAuto, as the owner of the vehicle, will immediately take legal action in accordance with the current Federal Penal Code.

Is there a monthly or annual mileage limit?

You will have 1,700 kilometers per month included in your monthly payment for cars; for motorcycles, you will have 1,250 kilometers included per month.

If you exceed the mileage included in your contract, you will have to pay $3.99 plus VAT per excess kilometer. If you plan to use more than this included mileage, we recommend purchasing one of the following packages at the beginning of your contract:
- Instead of 1,700 km, you can use 2,120 kilometers per month, paying + $830 per month for cars and SUVs.
- Instead of 1,700 km, you can use 2,550 kilometers per month, paying + $1,650 per month for cars and SUVs.

Am I responsible for daily vehicle maintenance? Do I have to cover any damage to the vehicle during my lease?

Yes, you are responsible for the proper use and care of your FlexAuto vehicle. At the end of the lease, the vehicle's wear and tear must not exceed normal levels of use.

If the damage exceeds normal wear and tear, you will be responsible for covering the repair costs.

I own a business. Can I lease more than one vehicle?

As a PFAE, can I deduct my vehicle lease for tax purposes with the Mexican tax authorities?

Yes! You will receive your vehicle lease invoice by email every month.
You can deduct it depending on your tax registration status with the Mexican tax authorities. 

I am an individual. Can I lease a vehicle from FlexAuto?

Of course! Call us at 800 351 1010 or send us a WhatsApp message at 55 1729 2022 and we'll find the car you want.

How long is the lease agreement?

You can keep your FlexAuto for as long as you want.
Most of our customers prefer to exchange it for a new one every 24 months at no cost.

But if you wish to return it, you can do so without penalty by giving 20 days' notice.

How do I return the vehicle if I no longer need it?

If you no longer need your FlexAuto vehicle, you can notify us at least 20 days before your desired return date.
We will contact you to arrange for vehicle collection or arrange for its return to one of our FlexAuto parking lots.

How long will it take to receive my vehicle?

We sometimes have cars available for immediate delivery! Once you pay the FlexDeposit and your first month's lease, you'll receive your FlexCar in about a week.

Is a down payment or deposit required?

At FlexAuto, we strive to build a relationship of trust, making vehicle acquisition as easy and accessible as possible. That's why we don't require a down payment, just the FlexDeposit, which is equivalent to 2 monthly payments on the selected car or motorcycle.

What is the FlexDeposit?

The FlexDeposit is a one-time payment made before the start of your lease. It is equivalent to two monthly payments on the selected vehicle and is refundable under the following conditions:

I) At the end of your lease, if you have owned the vehicle for more than 36 months.

II) If you change your vehicle every 24 months, you will not have to pay another FlexDeposit.

Can I make a larger down payment to lower my monthly rent?

Yes! You can pay a larger amount upfront, which will lower your monthly payments annually.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, FlexAuto has no hidden fees.

Can I buy the vehicle I have leased?

Most of our customers prefer to trade it in for a new one every 24 months. However, if you prefer, you can buy your vehicle at market price, which will be notified to you via email when you notify us your purchase intention.

Can I lease a FlexAuto if I'm a new driver?

Yes. However, if you're under 23, a guarantor must sign with your contract.

Have FlexAuto vehicles had previous owners?

No! FlexAuto primarily offers new vehicles. We do have some lightly used units in our inventory. However, all of the FlexAuto vehicles we own have never had a previous owner and are thoroughly inspected upon return and are found to be in excellent condition.
